About the Artist
My name is Dorothy Jamerson and I have been painting since 1985. I paint florals and landscapes in an abstract style in watercolors and acrylics. My background includes folk art, pottery, pen & ink drawings, water color and acrylic painting. I have attended various workshops, classes, seminars and just plain old self taught when the times demand it. My art has been a joy and expression that has added value to my life. I have found my painting subjects are no further away than my own backyard with an occasional trip to the mountains. I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
